Privacy in Readings
Information given and exchanged within readings given under this service are strictly confidential. No customer's contact information or other information is shared or sold with any other individual, company, agency, 3rd party, or other entity for the purpose of spam or commercial advertisement, solicited or otherwise. Gray-Spirit.com reserves the right to release any customer's contact information under legitimate federal or local law enforcement requests. When conditions are present that suggest a customer's payment information is being used without authorization, Gray-Spirit.com further reserves the right to release any customer's contact information to its affiliates as a means to warn against unauthorized usage of a given customer's billing information. No spam, advertisement, or malicious e-mail will result from such release of information.
Billing Information
Gray-Spirit.com makes every possible effort to ensure all customers get total privacy in their patronage of our services. Gray-Spirit.com utilizes secure Paypal interphase forms from a commercial Paypal account to ensure customer privacy. We accept payment for services via Paypal, credit card, or debit card. As all of our services are pre-paid, Gray-Spirit.com will never have the need to e-mail customers asking for payment for services. If you receive an e-mail prompting for payment for our services, please contact Majicko Admin and we will notify you of our findings.
Privacy in the Forum and Chat Room
Personal information provided by the registration process of the chat room and forum are confidential and will not be shared, rented, exchanged, leased, or sold to third parties or affiliates. Members' information willingly left available for public viewing on the chat room and/or forum is not protected by this policy.
Spam Policy
Gray-Spirit.com does not engage in or contract other affiliates to engage in spam or sending mass communications via e-mail or live text transmission mediums. Members who provide contact information may be contacted with information relevant to the customers initial requests or questions, but will not be contacted for the purpose of expanding the knowledge of special promotions, commercial advertisement, or spam in any of its forms.
