- Ordering Readings -
Private Readings can be ordered by anyone with internet access at any time by clicking the appropriate link above and following the on-screen instructions. The final page of the payment procedure includes a form which enables you to select your appointment time. Do not select appointment times within 24 hours unless authorized by Tanoro Lockheart. If the form is not functional, customers are welcome to contact Tanoro Lockheart to arrange a session time. The appointment page includes a list of all currently booked appointments. Please do not select these times. Customers who select these times will be rescheduled. The length of service for a private reading is determined by the length of session paid for. Readings are for entertainment purposes only. Only those 18 years of age may order a reading.
Session time is added to each customer's account on a credit basis, allowing customers to divide their sessions into multiple appointments. Customers may inform Tanoro Lockheart during their respective sessions in order to divide their credit into another appointment. Each appointment must spend at least 20 minutes.
- Payment for Readings -
Readings will be given anytime after payment is received. Readings can be given immediately following the payment if authorized by Tanoro Lockheart. Requests for a reading between 11pm and 10am central must be made before 11pm central. Appointment times will not be set until after payment is received. All major credit cards, Paypal e-check, and Paypal payments are accepted. Paypal e-check payments must wait until payment is cleared by the customer's banking institution before receiving a reading. If you are paying via e-check, set your appointment accordingly. Checks or money orders by mail are only accepted for previous customers with a good-standing transaction history. International payments are accepted via Paypal only.
- Refunds Policy -
Customers who pay for a reading may request a refund anytime before the reading is given. Refunds may take 1-3 days to be refunded. The refund will be sent by the same means received. Customers may not request a refund for divided sessions.
If a customer fails to show or remain in contact for a scheduled appointment, an e-mail will be sent to customer to alert him or her of the issue. If the customer fails to respond in three days, the payment is returned to the customer by the same means received and no reading will be given.
Forum, Chat Room, Guestbook Protocol
Members are responsible for their own posts and behavior on the forum and chat room. No advertisements for commercial business or enterprise will take place on the forum, chat room, or any communication mediums therein. No requests for free or paid services will take place in the same. Violations of these Terms of Service can result in being permanently banned from the forum and/or chat room for violations in either one.
Members will not engage in childish or destructive activities in the forum or chat room. Members are expected to maintain a sense of etiquette and sensitivity for the thoughts or feelings of other members on the forum. Members will not use the chat room or forum to engage in mass-communication for the purpose of spam or irrelevant communications with the members of Gray-Spirit.com. The Flash Chat AI, MERLIN, is an artificial intelligence which learns and remembers details from members who chat with it. Therefore, questionable comments made by MERLIN in the chat room are not necessarily the will or responsibility of Gray-Spirit.com.
Reviews willingly left by customers of our tarot service may be used at any time as testimony of the service and its legitimacy without permission of the customer leaving the review. Reviews will not be altered or changed in this process. Reviewers will not receive any correspondence to alert him or her of the use of the applicable review. Quoting reviews on other parts of the site or other sites may also display the first name of the reviewer.
Additional rules and terms of service for the forum can be found in the forum FAQs and will be enforced just the same as if they appeared here.
Occult Articles
The occult articles and information is available for public viewing, but viewers may not copy, duplicate, or use the articles on other sites or locations without the previous consent of the author. Each article is the property of its author, who reserves the right to edit or remove the article at any time. Information on the author is in the heading of each article. Viewers may not "hot link" to articles or other content on Gray-Spirit.com and may not present copyrighted work as their own.
Affiliate Links
- Eligibility -
Webmasters and site owners who own/operate websites of an occult nature are welcome to submit their own site information as an affiliate of Gray-Spirit.com and be included in the link section. Submitted sites must include information on the occult, magick, spell casting, Witchcraft, or other related topics. Submitted sites must be complete, functional, and contain sufficient information. Commercial sites or sites where legitimate commercial services take place are permitted! Submitted sites that are submitted to Gray-Spirit Affiliates must contain one of Gray-Spirit's affiliate banners somewhere on it. Gray-Spirit's banners should be placed in a conspicuous location or among other affiliate banners. All submitted affiliates will have their links displayed in the link section until they are reviewed by Gray-Spirit. At which time, submitted links that are irrelevant, malicious, contain inappropriate material, or do not have a Gray-Spirit banner will be immediately removed. Affiliates of suitable links will be left in the link section indefinitely. Gray-Spirit.com may, at times, send the webmasters of related sites invitations to join as an affiliate. However, receiving an invitation does not necessarily mean that the site in question have been thoroughly reviewed. Gray-Spirit.com reserves the right to remove any link at any time under its sole discretion. Finally, affiliates may provide the address to a banner of your choosing, showcasing your site. Banners must not be more than 500 pixels wide and 150 pixels high. Banners must not contain inappropriate graphics not suited for children. Banners may be animated so long as they are not more than 500kb in file size. Inapropriate banners will be removed, leaving only a text link. Affiliates may not submit the same site more than once.
- Ranking -
The Affiliate section of Gray-Spirit.com places most popular links at the top, thus granting the most popular sites the best place of view. Popularity is graded based on how many times that link has been clicked. The IP addresses of each click is recorded so that users may not boost their ranking. Excessive clicking on the same link from the same IP address will result in those clicks dropped from your account. Continuous misuse will have your link permanently removed from the affiliate program.
- Updating Site Information -
All affiliates are checked periodically to ensure the sites are still functional and relevant. Links that no longer work will be removed from Gray-Spirit Affiliates. Links that lead to redirect information MAY be removed. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure their site information is updated.
